SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel analogs of vitamin D of the formula (I) where X means hydrogen atom, hydroxy- or hydroxy-protected group; R¹ and R² mean hydrogen atom, methyl or ethyl group; Q means C₃-C₆- hydrocarbilene where hydrocarbilene means biradical obtained after removal of two hydrogen atoms from linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon where any CH₂- group can be optionally substituted for oxygen atom or carbonyl group so that carbon atom (C-22) bound directly with C-20 is hybridized carbon atom sp² or sp³, i. e. it is bound with two or three other atoms and where another CH₂- group can be replaced for phenylene and where Q can be optionally substituted with one or some hydroxy- or C₁-C₄-alkoxy-groups. Invention describes also methods of their synthesis. Compounds of the formula (I) show very strong immunodepressant activity in combination with high inhibitory activity of tumor cells proliferation.
