FIELD: protective lubricants. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubricating materials, which can be used for preventing dusting on temporary highways, in strip mining, as well as for preventing sticking and freezing-on of wet rocks to walls of mine-transport equipment, and regelation of wet rocks. Proposed material contains heavy petroleum residuum (0.5-21.0%) vat residue from production of butyl alcohols (79.9- 99.5%), the former, more particularly, being straight-run mazut.
