FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: fabric is manufactured by one and a half or double-sided interweaving of non-combustible component and combustible component selected from the group comprising wool, cotton, linen fibers. Non-combustible component is twisted fireproof yarn of wool fibers containing 1-10% of potassium fluorozirconate by weight of yarn. Combustible component is made in the form of twisted yarn of wool, cotton or linen fiber or linen mixture fiber. Non-combustible and combustible component ratio of fabric is (2.2-4):1. Surface density is within the range of 210-650 g/sq.m. Fabric of such structure is used for manufacture of clothing for protecting pilots, drivers, metallurgists, welders, firemen from flame or thermal radiation.
