Air exhaust system has main riser whose outlet end is brought out to exhaust zone and inlet end is closed, and at least one outlet branch pipe brought out to mentioned apartment. Air feed system has main duct whose outlet end is closed and inlet one is brought out to first air source, at least one branch pipe for supplying air to at least one first additional air feeder designed to enhance draft.
