FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: washing device 10 is meant for water supply in sanitary plants, namely in shower or wash stand. Device includes at least one outlet element 1 for sprinkling of fluid media at low flow rate and increased pressure, and at least one pressure 6 unit for increasing the fluid media pressure prior to sprinkling to working pressure in outlet element. At that, outlet element 1 includes one or two groups of nozzles 3. At that, each group contains at least two nozzles 3, mainly three nozzles 3 for creation of impinging jets of fluid medium and for sprinkling of fluid medium or fluid media. Operating method of device 10 involves water or fluid medium pressure increase to working pressure of outlet element 1 and water or fluid medium sprinkling by means of outlet element 1 at increased pressure and low flow rate. For sprinkling of water or fluid medium there created are at least two impinging jets by means only of one group of nozzles 3 of outlet element 1 at least with two, preferably, three nozzles 3.

EFFECT: reducing water and power consumption and simplifying the use of the device.
