Building containing several inner spaces and equipped with ventilation plant and its control system, which contains: memory device, with possibility of storing in memory value of climatic parameter of environment and value related to type of ventilation plant, computing device, with possibility of determining, based on stored in memory values of climatic parameter of environment and value related to type of ventilation plant, and based on predetermined rules relating respectively to different types of ventilation plants, value of preset operating parameter of ventilating plant fan, output, with possibility to transmit in the fan direction a value determined for the corresponding specified operating parameter, the main unit and individual unit for each internal space, with possibility to control ventilation characteristics for said inner space, wherein each individual unit is connected to main unit. Such control system is modular and can be easily adapted to existing equipment park, as well as to its future changes.
