FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: fiber-optical transmitter of physical quantities has generator of pulse signals, radiation source, optically coupled light guide and radiation detector, photocurrent amplifier, substrate, rod limiter anchored perpendicular to its plane, information processing unit coming in the form of two retrieval-storage circuits recording minimal and maximal values of signals from photocurrent amplifier, subtracter and final amplifier which output is output of information processing unit. Light guide is located on surface of substrate and has loop in middle part embracing rod of limiter. Transmitter is supplemented with second light guide, second radiation detector, second photocurrent amplifier connected to information processing unit that incorporates two retrieval-storage circuits recording minimal and maximal values of signal from second photocurrent amplifier, second subtracter, second final amplifier which output is second output of information processing unit. EFFECT: potential for deformation measurement in two orthogonal direction at same time in one or several local zones of tested structure, raised sensitivity of transmitter in range of little deformation by half-order of magnitude. 2 cl, 1 dwg
