SUBSTANCE: frequency-pulse humidity meter includes component light filter 3 fixed immobile between symmetric light guide 2 and two photoconverters 4 and 5 connected to photocurrent amplifiers 6 and 8 correspondingly, commutator 9, controlled univibrator 12, integrator 7 connected with noninverting input directly to photocurrent amplifier 6 and with inverting input - to photocurrent amplifier 8 via commutator 9 and with output - to one input of comparator 10 which other input is connected to source 11 of reference voltage and which output is coupled to univibrator.
