FIELD: determination of rheological properties of dairy products in wide viscosity range. SUBSTANCE: rotational viscometer has central bushing, outer measuring cylinder anchored on it, inner measuring cylinder put on measuring roller supported in bearings in central bushing, mobile disc with bearing, dynamometer comprising two cylindrical springs of different rigidity, turn angle-data transmitter, electric drive, electron circuit indicating moment of resistance on inner cylinder, gear supported in two ball bearings mounted in central bushing. Upper end of central bushing carries auxiliary spring-loaded bushing with retaining ring limiting its vertical displacement. Lower steel disc is supported in ball bearing positioned on auxiliary bushing. Measuring high- rigidity spring is made fast to top of lower disc, its second end is made fast to bushing mounted on upper end of measuring roller. Another measuring spring is attached to this bushing, second end of this spring is linked to upper disc. EFFECT: simplified design, reduced dimensions and raised accuracy of proposed viscometer. 1 dwg
