FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying immunoenzyme analysis method for determining adrenocorticotropic hormone level in blood serum during the first 48 h from the injury beginning. The adrenocorticotropic hormone level being from 20.1 to 37.5 pg/ml, the first injury is diagnosed. The value being from 10.4 to 16.8 pg/ml, repeated injury is diagnosed.
