FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, and deals with prediction of cognitive disorders in remote period of craniocerebral trauma. For this purpose concentration of brain-derived neurotrophic factor is determined in patient's blood serum. If quantitative content of brain-derived neurotrophic factor is less than 600 pg/ml, high risk, and with index value from 600 pg/ml, low risk of development of cognitive disorders in remote period of craniocerebral trauma.
EFFECT: method ensures high accuracy of diagnostics.
