FIELD: monitoring bulk charge of static electricity in flows of moving dielectric fluids ( light oil products ) or inflows of aerodispersive media. SUBSTANCE: known set measuring charge of static electricity includes immobile and mobile electrodes installed in pipe- line and connected to recording unit, shielding electrodes connected to common bus, two wings made of insulation material. Wings face one another with surfaces of smaller curvature. First wing is displaced relative to second wing in direction of flow and is fixed so that it crosses diametrical plane of section of pipe-line at negative angle of incidence with respect to flow. Second wing is put on axis of rotation passing through section of second wing perpendicular to its chord. Immobile and mobile electrodes are anchored correspondingly on surfaces of first and second wings facing one another and shielding electrodes are fixed on outer surfaces of wings. Proposed set is supplemented with transmitter of vibration frequency of mobile wing connected to input of frequency-to-voltage converter which output is connected to first input of analog multiplier. Recording unit comes in the form of charge-sensitive amplifier connected in series with detector. Output of the latter is connected to second input of analog multiplier and its output is connected to recorder via integrator. EFFECT: raised accuracy and informativity when long-term measurements are conducted under conditions of alternating modes of fluid pumping and filling. 2 cl, 2 dwg
