METER OF THE ELECTRIC FIELD INTENSITY OF THE VIBRATING TYPE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01R29/12

Abstract RU 2647225 C1

FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a measuring technique and can be used to measure the electric field strength of various charged materials and item. Electric field intensity meter of the vibrational type contains a sensitive and a shielding electrodes, an amplifier, a synchronous detector, a low-pass filter, a generator, an electromechanical drive mechanically coupled with a shield electrode, and the indicator, the output of the generator is connected to the electromechanical drive and the control input of the synchronous detector. Additionally, the second sensitive electrode and the second amplifier are introduced, and the sensitive electrodes are installed in the same plane with a clearance symmetrical with respect to the shielding electrode. Vibrating part of the shielding electrode in one extreme position is electrostatically connected to the local portion of the first sensitive electrode, but in the other extreme position is electrostatically connected to the local portion of the second sensitive electrode. Areas of local sections of sensitive electrodes adjacent to the gap are set equal to each other and have values greater than zero, but less than the total areas of the sensitive electrodes facing the field under investigation.

EFFECT: technical result is in increasing of the meter broadband and in the increasing of the meter sensitivity when measuring the constant and slowly varying electric fields.
