SUBSTANCE: given transmitter includes structure based on surface acoustic waves, input converter connected to matched first antenna and interrogator in mix of encoder, second antenna which first input is connected to output of transmitting unit and which second input is connected to input of receiving unit connected with output to evaluation unit. Encoder is connected with output to input of transmitting unit. Structure based on surface acoustic waves and first antenna are positioned on controlled object and incorporates reflection elements coming in the form of interdigital converters with output contacts to which outside load establishing identification code of object by way of change of phase of reflected elementary symbol is connected.
