FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device of object identification at surface acoustic waves includes case, receiving-transmitting antenna, acoustic duct with an interdigital transducer (IDT) at the working surface, IDT connected to the antenna, and reflective IDTs comprising two equal parts shifted against each other at a distance depending on the reflective IDT number counted off from the IDT connected to the antenna. At that, adjusting the distance between reflective IDT parts within λ0/4 allows changing of reflection factor in the range from to 0, where λ0 is the period of reflective IDT, k2 is a square of electromechanical coupling factor, M is the number of periods in a part of reflective IDT. Such construction of identification device enables generation of identified object code chain impulses with the same amplitude.
EFFECT: consistent decrease of reflection factor of reflective interdigital transducers by a given rule.
