SUBSTANCE: in the device, containing a case, transmit-receive antenna, acoustic transmission line on whose working surface is placed an inter-digital transducer (IDT), connected with the antenna, at least one reflective IDT on one acoustic channel, primary and secondary acoustic channels are put, on the primary acoustic channel is placed a unidirectional transmit-receive IDT with internal reflectors, and the reflective IDT with a number of pairs of electrodes, selected from the condition where k² - is the square of the electromechanical force factor, connected with an electronic switch, connects and disconnects the reflective IDT from time to time, forming a code sequence, and is operated by a microcontroller, which is programmed to a specific code sequence.

EFFECT: use of one reflective inter-digital transducer with the regulation of the reflectivity factor.
