FIELD: education of students with employment of computer and television facilities. SUBSTANCE: a bank of electronic educational materials is produced in the form of a classified set of graphic illustrations on the subjects of the basis curriculum. The electronic educational materials are introduced in the memory of the personal computer. A local video row is formed from the classified set of graphic educational illustrations, it is added by electronic graphic and text materials of own development. The local video row is displayed on the TV screen. The graphic and text illustrations are brought out to the TV screen in the process of explanation and monitoring of the educational material in the sequence preset by the teacher. EFFECT: improved content of educational process and enhanced efficiency of teacher's labor.
