SUBSTANCE: method of developing creative abilities (versions) and a device for its implementation relate to cognitive-educational games, can be used as a means for entertainment and training of children of any age. According to the second version, the method includes simulating a three-dimensional object on the training topic from the ready elements of the constructor with the connection of parts of the tongue and groove (lego) type and by means of the "animation" device scanning and converting it into 3D animated image and bringing it to a screen, performing further interaction therewith. Device for implementing the method, which includes interconnected personal computer with developed software, at least one projector, wi-fi router, keyboard, mouse, power and communication cables, has a touch sensor, a set of silhouettes in electronic and / or material form for each theme or set of elements for each theme, at least one scanning device consisting of a post and a tablet with installed software, post has a structure with two side and rear walls, upper edge of side walls is made inclined forward, and panel located on top on walls has an inclination, walls and panel with installed tablet form niche for scanning.

EFFECT: disclosed method and technical device for its implementation enable to carry out the process of developing creative abilities both individually and in a group.
