FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: after grinding and mixing of fat, protein and carbohydrate components during the process of homogenization, mineral and enzyme additives are introduced. After it, introduced is preparation produced by means of successive extraction of biomass of Saprolegnia parasitica humilis micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water with the following combination of the first extract with hard residue. Before using the mixture is reduced by water. EFFECT: increased quality of final product.
