FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: after grinding and mixing of fat, protein and carbohydrate components, during the process of homogenization, mineral and enzyme additives, and a preparation are introduced. Said preparation is produced by means of successive extraction of biomass of Pythium coloratum micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water with the following combination of the first extract and hard residue. Before using, said mixture is reduced by water. EFFECT: high-quality of product due to exclusion of fats syneresis and separation of mixture into layers at reduction.
