FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of dry fat-, protein- and carbohydrate-containing components, mineral and enzyme additives. Mixture is impregnated by miscella in alternating magnetic field under increased pressure. Miscella is prepared during extraction of biomass of Pythium coloratum micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition. After impregnation, pressure is relieved up to atmospheric one. EFFECT: increased stability of final product during storage life.
