FIELD: technology of production of dry reducible nutritious mixtures. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of fat-, protein- and carbohydrate-containing components, and also mineral and enzyme additives. Prepared mixture is impregnated by miscella in alternating magnetic field under increased pressure. Miscella is prepared in the process of extraction of biomass of Mortierella spinosa micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition. After completion of impregnation, pressure is relieved to atmospheric one. EFFECT: increased stability of final product during storage life.
