FIELD: technology of production of dry reducible nutritious mixtures for functional alimentation. SUBSTANCE: method involves drying and mixing of fat-, protein- and carbohydrate-containing components, and also mineral and enzyme additives. Prepared mixture is impregnated by miscella in alternating magnetic field under increased pressure. Miscella is prepared in the process of extraction of biomass of Mortierella marburgensis micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition. After completion of impregnation, pressure is relieved to atmospheric one for breaking cell envelopes of components of biological nature and foreign microphlora. EFFECT: stabilization of consistency of final product and its stability during storage life.
