FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has impulse shaper unit, power amplifier, transformer unit, transducer unit having measuring inductance coil and the first capacitor. The second capacitor is mounted between potential output of output transformer winding and potential input of recorder unit created on buffer amplifier connected to inputs of two parallel channels one of which has broad band amplifier with amplification coefficient equal to eπ and the first comparator unit and the second channel has the second comparator and controllable key, trigger, summing counter, decoder and display unit.
