Oscillator output is connected to unit input containing impulse shaper, power amplifier, attenuator, transformer and action unit designed as oscillation circuit having inductance coil winding, constant capacitance capacitor and an additional inductance coil which winding is connected in series and in concordance to the main inductance coil winding. The first output of capacitor is connected to the secondary transformer output and the second output of capacitor is connected to the first output of additional inductance coil winding. The second output of the main inductance coil winding is connected to the first output of the additional inductance coil winding.
