SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of treacle mustard (Erysimum cheiranthoides) herb with 96% ethyl alcohol, evaporation of extract and treatment of viscous extract by its dissolving in 10-40% ethyl alcohol. Purification of the prepared solution is carried out with toluene or xylene followed by extraction of glycosides sum from solution with chloroform and then with mixture chloroform and alcohol after addition of sodium chloride. Dehydration of prepared extract is carried out with sodium sulfate followed by its evaporation and purification by dissolving in 40% ethyl alcohol. Then nonactivated aluminium oxide is added and filtered, glycosides sum is extracted again from filtrate with chloroform and then with mixture of chloroform and alcohol after addition of sodium chloride. Then dehydration of prepared extract with sodium sulfate is carried out followed by evaporation of alcohol-chloroform extract, chromatography of glycosides sum on activated aluminium oxide using mixture of chloroform with alcohol as eluent with addition of 0.5-2.0% of ethyl acetate to eluent. Eluate fractions containing erychroside is evaporated followed by crystallization, recrystallization and drying ready product. Invention provides preparing pure product.
