SUBSTANCE: defibrillator has power supply 1, capacitor 2, diode 3, master controller 4, first 5 and second 6 chokes, first 7, second 8, third 9 and fourth 10 keys, reference voltage source, coincidence circuit 12, master oscillator 13, resistor 14, first comparator 15, electrodes 16 and 17, second comparator 18. In the process of accumulation of energy the state of comparator 18 is taken into account: if the resistance of the patient's body is within the zone of the minimum values for defibrillation, the signal of comparator 18 shifts power supply 1 to the condition of low energies, which is equivalent to limitation of the defibrillation signal to the permissible values. EFFECT: expanded abilities of apparatus use for patients with resistance body close to the boundary values due to limitation of the defibrillation energy to the values. 3 dwg
