FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Defibrillator contains a control unit, device to measure patient’s resistance, capacitive energy store with its negative output connected to the common wire, and the positive output is connected to the input of the locking key. Output of the locking key is connected to the first terminal of the discharge resistor and the positive input of the thyristor bridge switch of polarity of the load current. Negative input of the thyristor bridge switch is connected to the common wire. Output of the patient resistance measuring device is connected to the input of the control device, and the outputs of the control device are connected to inputs of the energy store, locking key and the thyristor bridge switch of polarity of the load current. Second lead of the discharge resistor is connected to the common wire directly. Between the output of the locking key and the positive input of the thyristor bridge switch of polarity of the load current, first additionally inserted diode was enabled. First output of the patient resistance measurement device is connected to a common wire, and its second terminal through the second additionally inserted diode is connected to the positive input of the thyristor bridge switch polarity of the load current.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the reliability of the defibrillator through the use of a minimum number of power switches in the high voltage switch and an increase in the degree of protection of the patient from electric shock.
