SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes cutter holder with cutters mounted in it and at least three abrasive discs mounted on axles in brackets with possibility of their radial motion by action of drive unit for their radial adjustment. Said drive unit is in the form of central helical disc engaging with small cone gear wheel and with racks supporting brackets.
