FIELD: load lifting mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: device has holddown with hole in eye and two posts with threaded ends, and bar with holes on end sections. Four sockets are made on one of surfaces of holddown and bar. Said sockets of bar are located on its longitudinal axis symmetrically to its cross axis. Bar is fitted by its holes on treaded ends of posts and is locked by nuts to change its position in height relative to winch drum. Device has also four springs some ends of which are fitted in holddown sockets, and other ends, in sockets of bar connected by eyes through axle with eye of holddown. Hole of holddown eye is made elongated. EFFECT: simplified manufacture. 7 dwg
