FIELD: load-lifting mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: device has post, plate, holddown with hole in eye and axle through which holddown is hinge-coupled with plate. It has also four springs some ends of which are fitted in sockets made in plate and other ends, in sockets made in holddown. Bushing is located on upper surface of plate. Rod of post is turned into base with threaded hole by its section. Rod is provided with nut. Post is made in form of arc-shaped rod. Said bushing locked by screw is installed on plain section of corresponding end section of post. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, simplified manufacture. 7 dwg
