FIELD: industries requiring utilization of specifically pure water for technological purposes. SUBSTANCE: water taken from sources is filtered to remove suspensions, is softened and supplied for technological usage and stepped cooling with subsequent direction into heat exchangers and removal of warmed water from them. Water intended for technological usage is additionally cleaned by means of reverse osmosis or nanofiltration with production of filtrate that is used for technological purposes and of concentrate that is mixed with softened water supplied for stepped cooling. Produced warmed water is again directed over closed-circuit for stepped cooling and into heat exchangers. Cooled water is alkalized to pH 8-9 before directing into heat exchangers. Technical result of invention consists in provision of stable, optimal composition and quality of water for technological processes and equipment cooling, in reduced consumption of water from sources, in decrease amount of formed waste water thanks to recycling of warmed water which makes it feasible to raise quality of finished products, to diminish operational costs, ecological harmful effect and as result to cut production cost of ethanol.
