FIELD: operation of wells; applicable in acquisition of information on hydrocarbon deposit state in the course of operation. SUBSTANCE: method includes equipment of wellhead and bottomhole, well perforation and completion, lowering of downhole instrument into production string, hydrodynamic and geophysical investigations. Downhole instrument for measurement and transmission of hydrodynamic and geophysical parameters is fixed in electric separator. Hydrodynamic and geophysical investigations are carried out with information transmission to surface ba means of production string with electric separator fulfilling function of well dipole. In this case, upper and lower parts of operation string ahead and behind electric separator serve as measuring electrodes in electric logging of well zone. Electric separator serves as current electrode. With installation of several electric separators, characteristics of sounding electrical fields may be varied by changing length of measuring electrodes by shunting of electric separator. EFFECT: provided acquisition of confident data on deposit state in real time during production of hydrocarbons due to extended functional potentialities of producing wells. 2 cl, 2 dwg
