FIELD: gas and oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to control shutoff members of pipeline valves shutting off pipelines, diameter 200-400 mm at a pressure of 160 atm. Said drive has power transmission on basis of planetary reduction gear arranged in housing. Power transmission has eccentric input shaft-carrier installed on bearings in housing, input central fixed internal gear wheel installed on bearings in housing and output central movable internal gear wheel connected with output shaft, and double-rim planet pinion cluster installed on spherical bearing on shaft-carrier. External rims of planet pinion cluster are installed concentrically relative to each other with clearance. Larger gear rim of planet pinion is in meshing with input central fixed internal gear wheel. Smaller gear rim of planet pinion is in meshing with output central movable internal gear wheel. Double - rim plant pinion cluster is made sectional. Body of smaller gear rim of planer pinion cluster is made in form of cylinder installed on spherical bearing by means of central hole, with external teeth made on side surface. Body of larger gear rim of planet pinion cluster is made in form of cup. Cup bottom is secured by bolts and pins on end face of body of smaller gear rim from side opposite to side of location of output central movable internal gear wheel. Inner side surface of cup encloses smaller gear rim. Teeth are made on its outer side surface so that middle cross sections over length of contact lines of engagement of larger gear rim with input central fixed internal gear wheel and smaller gear rim with output central movable internal gear wheel, and medium in width cross section of mating of spherical bearing with eccentric input shaft-carrier lie in one plane. Clearance between both gear rims of planet pinion cluster is made minimum necessary for arrangement of rim of output central movable internal gear wheel. Number of teeth of output movable central internal gear wheel is chosen from row of 45, 46 - 75, and number of teeth of input fixed internal gear wheel is greater than that of output movable central internal gear wheel by 24 or 25 teeth. Number of teeth of gear rims of planet pinion cluster is less than numbers of teeth of corresponding central gear wheels in meshing with planet pinion cluster by one and the same value equal to 3 or teeth.
