FIELD: electrical engineering; mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of controlled electric drivers, namely, controlled multirevolution electric drives with induction motors. Invention is aimed at simplifying design of power train of controlled electric drive and provision of universality of assembling, improving mass-dimension characteristics of controlled electric drive in one type-size at simultaneous increase of loading capacity and reliability of controlled electric drive and provision of high values of torque and speed output parameters at preservation of high efficiency. According to first and second design versions, electric drive contains flanged induction motor, induction motor control unit and power gear train arranged in common case and made on base of planetary transmission of one planet pinion or multiplanet pinion make. Power train includes also input shaft-carrier mechanically coupled with output shaft of rotor of electric motor, fixed sun gear secured in housing, output movable sun gear installed in housing and rigidly coupled with output shaft, one, or two, or three, or four double-rim planet pinions installed on shaft-carrier on bearings. Parameters of gear trains are provided in invention.
