FIELD: nuclear engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical case 1 with pulse-generating chamber 2 accommodating admission valve 4 with pressure-relief device 3. Pulse-generating chamber 2 communicates through upper and lower delivery pipes 5 and 6 with bottom and top washing heads 7 and 8, which are provided with nozzles 9. Butt ends of delivery pipes 5 and 6 are mounted coaxially with clearance between them accommodating flap 10 fixed to control rod 11. Upper delivery pipe 6 is provided with check valve 12. Pulse conduit 13 and flexible pipeline 14 provide communication between pulse-generating chamber and air distributor 15 mounted on flange 16. Pulse conduit 13 is arranged in bottom bearing support 17 mounted on flange of passage 18 running to storage tank. Pulse conduit is connected on top with head structure 20 disposed inside bearing support 21. Head structure 20 is provided with bellows assembly 22 whose spindle 23 is joined with control rod 11. Head structure 20 mounts clamp 23 attached through carrier 25 to rod of turn drive 26. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities, reduced radiation level, improved operating conditions. 4 cl, 2 dwg
