SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for jet washing-out of liquid and dilution of pulps and deposits accumulated at the bottom of storage capacities of liquid radioactive wastes of high activity level, transformation of non-soluble solid phase and its maintenance in suspended state by mixing for further extraction for processing. The device includes a rotation drive, a chamber equipped with two nozzles directly connected to the bottom, directed to opposite side at an angle to horizontal plane and having the cross section that is equal as to their length, a pulse line connected to a head placed inside a bearing support mounted on the flange together with the rotation drive and a clamp installed on the head. The device for introduction to the deposit and its crushing is made in the form of a cutting plate installed between nozzles, and the head is connected through a bearing assembly to the drive with back-and-forth movement of the stock.

EFFECT: invention allows enlarging functional capabilities and increasing mixing intensity for dilution and washing-out of a deposit.
