FIELD: communication systems. SUBSTANCE: invention is concerned with terminals of confidential telephone communication in networks with asynchronous transfer mode and is designed for confidential telephone communications systems in state, corporate and financial structures. Major assumed technical result of proposed invention is increase of quality of telephone communication in networks with asynchronous transfer mode if carrying capacity of network is limited, communication channels of low quality are utilized and when confidentiality of subscriber to subscriber communication is secured. Quality of telephone communication in asynchronous transfer mode network deteriorates due to loss of cells emerging with irreversible distortions of heads or due to overload of switchboards. Since speech signal displays high redundancy it is possible to reconstruct it in period of local steady state with minimal distortions. With this in mind reception path of proposed facility realizes mechanism of line prediction of asynchronous transfer mode cells lost in network with transmission in contrast to known devices of confidential communication.
