SUBSTANCE: device has device for encryption of voice traffic, device for encryption of data traffic, and device for multiplexing voice and data traffic. Said devices provide confidential information exchange using integrated encryption standards for arbitrary traffic type, packet encryption implementation, design of circuits according to base principles, adaptation of services according to ATM, minimal amount of information (voice and data) for transmission (storage) using stochastic compression algorithms and taking into account activity of information source (detection of pauses and prevention of their transmission), statistical multiplexing of traffic from different services.
