FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making contrast of patient body surface at the level of pathologic formation using radiopaque substance, making X-ray pictures of area of interest, performing stereo photogrammetric treatment of X-ray stereogram, building topographic anatomic map showing pathologic formation images, neighboring anatomical structures and body surface. Patient body contrasting is carried out on the skin injury area and stereo X-ray pictures of the area of interest is performed before and after contrasting with following stereo photogrammetric treatment of two pairs of X-ray stereograms. Patient body contrasting is carried out in high voltage electrostatic field spraying fine electrically charged radiopaque powder over patient skin surface. The charge sign is of opposite value with respect to electric patient body potential. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in preparing surgical access to pathologic formation like tuberculosis cavern in lung in the cases of skin disease being available. 3 dwg
