FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing the object under study between active and indifferent electrodes. Electric field is applied between the electrodes by supplying high voltage of 30-50 V to them for 10-30 s and spraying fine biologically neutral powder of white tint charged with active electrode potential over the skin area. The electrodes are disconnected from the high voltage power supply source and skin injury degree is evaluated from powder distribution topographic pattern. The powder is sprayed in pulsating mode.
