FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing transplant when making epikeratoplastic repair operation using interrupted sutures. Refractometric and keratotopographic examination is carried out after performing operation. Sutures fixing the biological lens are removed. All sutures fixing the biological lens are removed in single operation based on data received in refractometric and keratotopographic examination within 1 month period to reduce refraction power of the cornea, 3 months later it is done for increasing refraction power of the cornea and in the period from 1 to 3 months for retaining the refraction power unchanged. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 dwg
