FIELD: . SUBSTANCE: invention relates to perforating and infiltration autokeratoplasty. First, keratometry procedure is carried out and strong and weak optical meridians of cornea are determined. During the operation, using trepan, one cuts perforating or infiltration autotransplant covering both clouded and transparent zones. Autotransplant is turned and fixed in such a way that strong optical meridian of autotransplant matches preoperative weak meridian of cornea and vice versa. EFFECT: prevented postoperative cornea astigmatism.
