FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology. Not less than 36 months after carrying out epykeratoplasty intrastromal corneal segments are implanted. Thickness of each segment is selected according to spherical equivalent (SE) of refraction, namely, at SE -2/-4 segment thickness constitutes 150 mcm, at SE -5/-6 - 200 mcm, at SE -7/-8 - 250 mcm, at SE -9/-10 - 100 mcm, at SE -11/-12 - 350 mcm. Length of segments arc constitutes 160°.
EFFECT: application of invention ensures obtaining of high refraction effect.
