FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: syringe-type ampoule has cylinder with front and rear ends defining axial line therebetween. Cylinder has uniform section between front and rear ends. Front end is united with opening. Stopping device is attached to front end and is equipped with stopping opening. At least one piston is positioned for sliding and sealing inside cylinder, and bushing is extending along at least part of cylinder. Bushing has front part and rear part. Front part is connected to stopping device. Cylinder has front end terminating with edge, which surrounds opening. Said edge is provided with rim having size equal to that of cylinder outer rim. Method provides manufacture of two and multiple-chambered syringe-type ampoules, which are adapted for injections. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and construction. 102 cl, 7 dwg
