The two-chambered cylinder has by-pass joint between its two chambers 9, 10. The movable partition between two chambers does not fully seal the cylinder and the internal partition in this area. The by-pass member is manufactured as a set of guiding strips and grooves inclined relative to the longitudinal cylinder axis.
