SUBSTANCE: invention provides complex compounds having general formula I (presented in description), in which M denotes tin or zinc atom; A and B independently denote carbon chain containing 2-4 carbon atoms; L₁, L₂ and L₃ independently denote group of formula E₁₅(R₁₅)- wherein E₁₅ is nitrogen atom and R₁₅ hydrogen atom, alkyl, or radical of formula RR′R″E₁₄- wherein E₁₄ is carbon or silicon atom and R, R', R" independently denote hydrogen atom or alkyl radical.
