FIELD: crude oil treatment. SUBSTANCE: composition contains 15.0-50.0 wt % of ethylene glycol-based ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block-copolymer with molecular weight 4300, 5.0- 40,0 wt % of vat residue from production of monoethylene glycol and diethylene glycol butyl esters, and methanol as solvent (to 100%). Above-mentioned residue, in turn, contains, wt %: monoethylene glycol 0.5-4.0, diethylene glycol 0.5-4.0, monoethylene glycol butyl ester 1.5-13.0, diethylene glycol butyl ester 9.5-75.0, and mixture of butyl esters of di-, tri-, tetra- and pentamethylene glycols. EFFECT: enhanced oil dehydration and desalting efficiency and improved rheological properties of product. 1 dwg, 4 tbl
