SUBSTANCE: guide has extension with bit; centralizer in the form of stem installed on extension; frame located on stem for turning on radial support and provided with flexible supporting string uniformly shaped over its perimeter. Invention provides for rated position of guide bar relative to well axis due to optimal ratio of rigidity of centralizer supporting string to weight-size parameters of guide bar: bit diameter, diameter of supporting section of guide bar upper end, weight and length of guide bar and also distance from bit end to point of touching of well walls by centralizer flexible supporting strips.
