FIELD: bore-hole drilling technology. SUBSTANCE: method can be used in rotary drilling for directed deviation of bore-holes of wells being drilled or for side tracking of second bore-holes at reconstruction of idle wells. Method for deviation of well bore-hole is aimed at increasing drilling efficiency by way of reducing maximal radius of deviation of well bore-hole by using pivoted whipstock. According to method, relation for calculation of minimal radius R of deviation is as follows: R = L2/4(Dh-d), where L - length of guiding rod, m; Dh - diameter of bore-hole, m; d - diameter of guiding rod, m. Basing on given values of R and Dh, determined are parameters of guiding rod in pivoted whipstock. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
